Mission Statement
Our Story
Lebanon’s economy has been chocked by massive debts as a result of decades of inefficiency, waste and corruption. The recent influx of refugees added to the country’s financial crisis. Businesses were forced to downsize or completely cease operations due to the instability of the political and economic environment.
We met often and discussed the urgent need to find a way to make a positive impact. It quickly became our passion to connect Lebanese business innovators and entrepreneurs to the Lebanese diaspora who can greatly benefit from outsourcing services to great talent at very competitive prices. This is when American Lebanese Commerce Alliance was born.
ALCA's Objectives
To bring American and Lebanese businesses and professionals together to create new opportunities
that will help drive consistent growth in their businesses, and to build a prosperous and friendly business environment
To set up a fund to:
- Provide financial aid to outstanding Lebanese students who were accepted to American Universities but are unable to pay full tuition
- Support talented young Lebanese innovators and entrepreneurs who require startup capital (terms and conditions apply)
To provide a reliable and trusted network of professionals
to all Lebanese businesses and individuals who are looking to export their products and services to the United States
In pursuing its objectives, the organization will work closely with its members and shall always be guided by its core values:

- Respect for stakeholders’ rights and dignity
ALCA will be governed by a Board of Directors consisting of a minimum of five members with various educational and professional backgrounds. Board members will be unpaid volunteers and will provide the organization with the necessary expertise to achieve its goals and objectives.
Three founding members will sit on the committee. These founding members will be responsible for the appointment of the remaining board seats.
All members of the organization are required to take an oath to follow and abide by the organization’s core values and bylaws.
All funds and proceeds received and collected by ALCA will be spent in the best interest of the organization’s set objectives, as the budget allows and as voted by the Board of Directors.
